The One Ring
The plastic ring you get in the Mines of Moria boxed set of minis for Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle game is used to tell which player has priority for the turn. We kept on losing it, so I figured I needed to make it a bit more obvious. This is my first ever attempt at mixing paints and trying to do lighting on the rocks from the lava. Thanks so much to those of you who posted articles about how to do lava and rocks, while not up to your standards, my try was way better than if I'd tried it without reading your articles! The flash makes it look a lot lighter than it is in real life, the rock is mostly black and codex grey in colour.
