Heavy duty Marneus Calgar conversion

This is a hefty conversion of the Marneus Calgar figure. I used a few Dark Angels bits, which make really nice add ons for Demonhunter figures. I sculpted the helmet from a beakie marine head and some green stuff, adding some purity seals to cover up Ultramarine symbols. I also covered up the symbols on the base with some apoxy sculpt, and did the Inquisition symbol. Some regular Grey Knight terminator arms did the rest, along with some more bits. It took forver to paint, with many difficult to nearly impossible areas to reach :-) I have a few more images in the dicuss submissions thread "Converted Marneus Calgar".

i agree with izzy too....the head looks strange to me, and the wrists look very skinny.....amazing paintjob though! :O)

Really astounding paintjob, the sheer detail and prefection of the scroll work and cloak is staggering, but the proportions seem really wierd. His head seems way too big and low down on his body and his wrist seems too thin. anyhows still a very nice mini.

Astounding! Great work! From the NMM to the subtle OSL...this is a phenomenal piece. Great job and thank you for sharing! Better pics would push it up for me, but the blur in some parts makes me leary. CHEERS!
