Dasyatis Clone 2 - Rackham 32mm

I managed to take slightly better shots so here it is. It's my second serious attempt at NMM and I was fairly satisfied with it (the mini is from 2004/2005 I don't remember). The base is awful I know... I will rebase this model in a mini diorama asap.

Thanks Dunkle, noted and much appreciated. I still have to experiment with blood and rust... and since this was my second attempt at NMM and I was pretty satisfied with the results I didn't have the courage to try and mess the sword. I need to pratice blood and rust for future similar works.

You may be able to do more on the base as the idea is not that bad. I like the NMM on the blade - although I can't image a Mr. Clean as a dysatis clone, but well. The light on the leather convinces in the upper left picture, but not on the backside leather. The skin by itself looks a little bit like chewing gum. Maybe more depth could bring lot more life to the mini. Greetinx and have fun.
