To me this looks like a re-paint of the marvel collectable figure.
There are several aspects that I believe that you could do with working on. For example the shadow definition, as there is none visible in the photograph. Thinning your paint for greater contol of tonality and perhaps a bit of Brush control as is evidenced in the 'over-paint' on the face mask cheek guards.
