Waiting for Dinner

This is one end of a bookend set. I buildt the bookend out of oak and added the Dragon and accessories. Entitled "Waiting for Dinner" I am working on the other bookend which is of a mounted Knight in full gear riding along and will be called "Going to slay the Dragon". Most of the metal is NMM with a couple of small pieces in metallics. Comments welcome.

Very cool. I really like your idea for these bookends. The dragon is really nicely painted and I like the base too.

This is awesome! I have seen it up close and nasty :) Very well done. Of course, when complete, the set will be superb and garner a 10 from me most probably! All of th elittle details are picked out everywhere, and the overall composition is fantastic! - Glyn

Wow! The old GW Blue Dragon brings back many fond memories. Do have the little pile of books with "1001 ways to cook a dwarf" that came with it? You get 7 for the paint-job, +1 for the bookend idea.
