It seems like sisters repentia, from witch hunters - 40k. It is a very nice idea, passes the slaanesh theme very good, although the picture might be better.
The photo really isn't up to the job. These look like they might be really good. What models did you use for the bodies? Very dynamic, much better than my marauders with flails.
