Very cool weathering and wear. Suggestion would be to really practice on the freehand badge on a primed piece of plasticard or something until you nail the badge and make it really crisp, sharp, and interesting.
Some very nice blending and gem-work on the eye lenses would also help really make the whole piece pop.
