my first salamander

This is my first salamander any i'm quite happy with the final result. it may be too light for a salamander but please rate it on the painting. The banner and the last shoulder pad are still to be done. I had a bit of trouble with the flame on the knee pad has anyone got any advice?? Please don't be to harsh on rateing i'm only 13!!!!!!!!

nice work. would be cool to see it with the banner. you will be a force to be reconded with in the miniature painting world in a few years. my advice for the flames would be to make the more wavey and speratic as oppose to being straight like a pitch fork. you got great potential

not bad man, a few things, try making the blood more dimensional, so highlight and shade it like everything else as well as some gloss varnish the nmm is fairly good, also the black scripture on the scrolls need to be a bit lighter, next time water down the black a bit. otherwise looks pretty good, but i would deff think about putting a banner on that pole hahaha nice work dude, keep it up espicaly the nmm is impressive
