Thanks for the advice, but the flock was in patches, for some reason though the camera made it look like it was fully covered, un-fortuantly i cant get any more photos as it has been sold, but thanks for the tip, i have changed the way i do bases for partially this reason anyway.
Hard to see due to lighting but the flock looks a bit heavy on the base. Maybe use a mix of flock and sand in sections? It's really just personal taste though.
