My first submission, I'm a new painter primarily looking for feedback and advice. This model is the best I've done so far, so I decided to put it to the test on this site. Any comments welcome!
well done and welcome to the painting world, as a first entry you've done well, you've got some nice clean lines going on there. things you could do to improve it as is: try an ink wash on the face, maybe ogryn flesh and then re high light the cheeks, brow etc, the eagle is a prominent part on the model and deserves a bit more work a blueish colour in the deep parts blended out to white ( watch you tube for wet blending) once you have the hang of it you can blend the highlights on the armour. these things you can do on top of what you have. but like i said well done so far, you have picked a difficult colour ie black to start with and you have done a good job. i look forward to seeing more of your work
I really like this model mate!. The painting looks very full and neat. you have painted accurately and have made very clear colors. A way to improve this model would be to add shading and highlighting. There are plenty of friendly tips online to help you improve your painting skills. If this is the kind of quality i will be seeing from you. I happily welcome you to this hobby ^^. Enjoy.
