Yeah, that's a 3rd edition Talisman Swashbuckler alright. Nice job bringing out the details on the face. I like the color reflection on the breastplate, too. It looks a lot nicer than mine! Although the middle stripe on the pantaloons is a little... weird.
Games Workshop used some of their older Warhammer plastic miniatures for Talisman in 1994. The Chaos Dwarf and the Chaos Warrior appeared in the expansion boxes "Dungeon of Doom" and "City of Adventure". So both of them have been produced by GW. :)
