I have been painting minis for about 2 years, and im at the point where i want some feedback on my projects. i feel i lack the experience to make my minis look as life like as i would like.

You need to shade and high light your work. It looks like you have a neat hand, and that you have a descent amount of brush control, so start on the next step and learn shading. Go to the tutorial section of CMON, and you will find several articles.
