Very nice. Most painters won't even tackle 10mm, probably because the faces of most figures are the same size as the eyes on most 25-30mm figures...
My only criticism might be that the wood grain on the banner and lances should go along the length of the wood, not around it. Although of course you could have intended it to be coloured banding I guess...
