I think it's Andrea Miniatures, they're from Spain I think. I've see one very similar to this on their website, but it looks like he has different guns in his hands. Multiple options maybe? They did say the kit was like 12 parts... and it's cheap too. 15 euros I think, for a good 54mm kit. Not too shabby.
