WOW...!!! That's some great slayer mini you've got there. I really like the the color of the skin and how you took care of it. I also like the the beard and the base. The only thing I don't like are the axes, I think it would look really cool if you'de do some NMM metalic on it.
I think you have over defined the muscles on this guy. You should try and use a lighter color to help the skin blend together. Right now his back looks a bit like molten rock. I like the beard it is well done. And you might want to lose the gloss coat also most people really don't like them, but it is personal preference.
