Try blaklining between objects/skin, makes it neater.
The NMM looks good, but use more comlementary tones(eg. the weapons blad look a bit flat, use more darker tones on the inside).
You could highlight the NMM like this(from the one side edge to the other):
/-//-//-///-////-//-/-//-////-///-//-//-/
(shlashes indicate darkness, the more, the darker)
And thin down your paint just a little bit more to get your layer blendings to be more flowing.
