First lesson to learn is taking a good photo if you are going to display on this site! Also base the figures with at least some flock before posting - i normally deduct points from unbased figures. From what i CAN see the hand has a really large shadow on the bottom finger - tidy this up and use slightly leass darker paint for shadows and finer lines between the fingers. try a really thinned down wash of brown/black over metallics for some shading as well.
