El gobbo col fucile (Goblin with long gun)
This is my first mini painted for a contest. This is also the first time i try to paint metallic metals using shadings and not only washings. I tried to paint this mini with a lot of contrast, a light flesh color according to black/red/blue metals. I also tried to contrast using different types of brown. The better part is the face, on which I used a lot of colors: I started with a pink flesh, than I added red shades on the nose, and blue shades next to the ears. Finally I used violet shades in the area of the eyes. I hope you like it. Comments and Criticism are welcome P.S: sorry for my bad english BRONZE AT AU PETIT SOLDAT 2009
