Tau Battlesuit Commander

This is my first experience painting Warhammer 40k models. I truly appreciate any feedback at all. I went for an "American" feel to this, and spent a good deal of time shading each individual segment. The colors I used were: enchanted blue, sunburst yellow, skull white, chaos black, blood red, mithril silver, and shining gold.

I like the colours you've chosen, they're very bright but still in keeping with thes tyle of the model. Be careful of your paint thickness though, it shouldn't be textured like it is. Many thin coats will give easier transitions on the shading and a smoother finish. The work is quite good apart from paint thickness, you're definitely off to a great start.
