A 9 to make up for the terribly low scores that other people seem to be giving. I think you miniature is somewhere between a 6,5 and 7.

Nice looking model. I think the back of the cloak could have used a bit more shading, but otherwise a solid paintjob. Also, I'm not sure about the details on the cloak, the lines look to wide for the model.
