Saw this guy on the Freebootaz forums, didn't I? I like the blue, but the yellow on the base is distracting (tone it down with a wash of Badab Black or Devlan Mud). The metals on the staff are a bit indistinct and might benefit from more attention, too. My last quibble is that there is very little from this angle to tie him to the Blood Ravens. More of their iconography and perhaps some evidence of red and bone armour would tie him more closely to his chapter. That said, I like the skull very much, and the attention to detail on the books and and robes is excellent.
