ooooo i like this a lot better than the normal archaon model. The green glow adds a bit of menace to the model- the orange glow that you normally see just doesn't have the same feeling of malign force. The head swap is appropriate and gets you away from the ridiculous horns that make him look more like a bull and less like a villain. My only criticism is the chest armor. I know there aren't great shots of it here but it seems to be... messy... looking at his glove, however, it seems that you have a good handle on metallic metal shading. And finally: your addition of the terrified civilian is excellent. PS: your avatar is hilarious.
