I am a BIG fan of Terry Pratchett's Discworld books and have read them all. This particular piece is a scene fron 'Soul Music' and is based on a great illustration by Paul Kidby entitled 'Under An Eldritch Sky', which is the centre picture. If you are a book reader and haven't tried Terry Pratchet then I definately urge you to read some of his works.
