Aloa, finished up this Hasslefree. It's Silvia from the Grymn SciFi dwarfs... cool stuff, like always by Hasslefree. A real joy to paint... sorry about the bad pics, got a new camera and testing my way through the wire by doing and failing, experience, experience, expeäähhh ... or maybe read the manual ;) Hope you like her... more information about Silvia and lot of other stuff you may find in the massive jungle: http://massivevoodoo.blogspot.com/2009/12/silvia-finished.html Keep on happy painting! Dizort.. no one ever said she was sniping. Target practice maybe? Laying ground cover? Jar, once again you have created a very original piece. You make the BEST bases I've come across

So many times I see set-ups like this with a lovely mini and a lovely base, but where the two look too much like separate things that happen to be touching. In this, the mini and the base are so clearly one thing that it's lovely. The little bits of attention to detail, like the mud scuffed up around her boots, is so perfect. I agonized over a 10, but have to say that I still think there's a wee bit of room for improvement in the painting. It's wonderful. It's brilliant. But I reckon you could still do better.
