Here is my Archon Lord from my Old Dark Eldar Army. Never did quite finish the army lol always waiting for that elusive new codex!!!

He looks pretty good. A couple things you could to to improve on him would be to add one more highlight to the skin. Keep it small on like the tip of the nose, cheeks etc. you could also use a thin brown ink over the metal to give it a bit more depth.
