A good solid paint-job, everything is in the right place etc. I just think the highlight could be taken a touch higher especially the red. I would have made the flesh quite a bit lighter as a contrast. It's all quite similar, tonally. But there ain't anything wrong with the paint placement :) Keep up the good work ;)
