A lovely conversion - I think I saw the WIP photo here or perhaps on the Freebootaz forum? - but it's let down a little by the composition. The white-over-black on the wings fails to distinguish between them and the grey base - a paler, creamier white would have given a better sense of the wings organic nature and emphasize the purity of the character. Similarly, her face should be paler both to emphasize the red hair and to stand in contrast to the dark armour. A few more washes on the metal parts of the armour might be a plan, too - then pick out the highlights with some Chainmail.
