Angels Vermillion Devastator

Hi! First mini in the new year to be finished :D Honestly, I've been a bit lazy since 2010 started and just started painting again two days ago. This time I present you brother Monza, Angels Vermillion Devastator, tenth squad, third company. Second Marine of the power-armored ones down, 38 more to go, haha. Alongside with about 20 Terminators, another Vindicator and 3 Rhinos so far. Oh well... ^^ As you can see, no weathering or battle damage on the marine himself, if you're interested on why I keep it that way, you may read it in the text about my dreadnought, I don't want to write it all over again ;) http://coolminiornot.com/230100 The lascannon is actually the multilaser of an Imperial Guard Sentinel, the backpack is sculpted with milliput, based on the standard marine backpack. Had a fun time designing that base, the idea came up to me when I found those tyranid bits in my bitzbox. Well, hopefully brother Monza has read that rusty old sign and is aware of the danger that's crawling up behind him.... :D That's all of me today, cheers from Marburg, Germany Dirk
