This could be 5 if you highlighted and shaded it. Just use some of Games Workshops Washes to shade the grey (Badab Black would be the right I guess), and put some highlights on the black. Maybe you start with a mix of 70/30 Chaos Black/Codex Grey and then do a mix of 50/50.
Another ting to get your rating higher would be painting the eyes and teeth of the mini.
What you also could do better is thin down your paints a bit, especially the metallics look a bit thick.
Oh, and a nice way of making gold look more realistic is highlighting it with Mithril Silver.
If I'm right, you just started with mini painting, and this one really goes o.k. for that. I hope you found my advice useful and when you try those things out, you'll get better ratings next time!
(Well, most of the time, because there seem to be days when the whole CMON community thinks that the "5" is meant to be "Third place at Golden Demon", not "Tabletop Standard" ^^ )
