Cool one piece model. Wasn't thrilled with it till I started painting it and then really enjoyed it. First attempt at NMM, got pretty lucky I think. Attempts since haven't looked as good. I tend to favor true metallics though.
The NMM is pretty good but doesn't, IMO, add anything to the model. The tat is really cool, though. You could have done more with that, I think - tats down both arms and shoulders would look awesome on this mini. Most people don't have the steady hand to carry it off, but it looks like you do.
