Not onl ythis, but the top edges of the sword would not reflect the ground or horizon at all! I DO like the gold on the hilt and his shoulder emblem though ;)
good effort - but i think waht you tried here is supposed to be nmm - and although the transitions are pretty smooth the white is actually on the wrong side - it should be directly next to the darkest area (brightest blue -> blue -> darkest blue -> white -> brighter blue -> blue)!
