perhaps tone down the face highlights as he looks like white guy with bad tan. otherwise excellent job :)

Nice work! Especially the eyes are really impressive. Unfortunatly, the skin itself can't compete with them. The highlights are just too strong and rough. Looking at the red skirt, I'm convinced that you can do better than that ;)
