Yes it's a self-sculpt.
For the feet and hands it's true that it look like cartoonist, but I work to improve it^^(if you have any documents on this subject, I accept it.
Next time, that I will create "pike"I will make it more "sharp"
You are write with the issue of stilt: they were part of the sculpting armature , I haven' got picture to help me in creating those stilts.
I go back to work on other to improve.

Ummm... What? Is this a self-sculpt? If so, I'm bemused that you've taken so much effort to sculpt the individual strips of the slit sleeves, but paid so little attention to the rest of him. His hands (three fingers) and feet lead me to think he's intended to be a sort of cartoony or caricature style. Yet, his head seems normally proportioned. And his pike is... a bit rough. Then there're the stilts (I assume they're stilts). I just can't see how these are supposed to work. I thought they were part of your sculpting armature until I saw the base. Just... weird in not-good ways.
