A Nurgle Plague Marine on a heavily weathered base. The base is constructed from all sorts of plasticard an bits and bobs. The steel tank on the marine's back is built from GS and plasticard.

Perfect! One minor thingy: the water from the pipe is way too clean. If you paint it brown/green/yellow would be better, imho.
