My suggestion is that if you're going to paint an area sculpted to be cloth-covered as skin instead, that's fine, but use files to remove the cloth folds. This mini's legs appear to have cloth folds, indicating that he's wearing pants the same colour as his flesh, which is a bit odd. I suspect you just meant for him to not be wearing pants. File off the folds, and that'll work better. Also, I can't quite see what you've done with his eyes in this picture, but they look a bit dead. Could just be the angle, or it could be that you need more eye detail. Remember that the eyes are what make your minis "live."
