Here is why its scoring so low: though it has AMAZING detail (which really it does- better than most can do) the surfaces are not smooth. Heres what you need to do from now on- make the rough shape of the item you are sculpting, whether its a hand an arm or even a plate on a suit of armor. Make that shape then gently smooth it- smooth it till it is shiny smooth- here's a tutorial I wrote that gives a few tips but really it is just time time time:

Once you have the shape smoothed THEN detail it- with your obvious skill I expect that the next work of yours I see will get MUCH higher scores.
Certainly I would have given this a 10 had it been smoother. Well done!
