I think the colors are actually kind of interesting. Maybe if the faces and hands were highlighted more to make them stand out a bit. Also it looks like some of the green spilled onto the robes....
Ok, a couple of suggestions for you. First of all try to make the paintjob a little but cleaner. The colours are everywhere on these figs. Second, I suggest you do something about the base. Gluing on some flock is real easy and can look great :)
