The pose is great. On the cloth bits I can see you've gone for a bit of a burlap look, but I'm not sure it works too well. The cloth also doesn't look like it's affected by gravity. Base paint job is a bit thick in some parts, but otherwise the freehand is great. Also, why would you drill a hole in the scatter laser?
Very nice painting, I think what makes yellow ones free hand eldar like this so successful is that the marks are painted very subtle at a low opacity and he builds them up so they appear slightly transparent. Keep it up though, this is rad.
