Rune Priest for my Space Wolf army. I wanted to give him some ancient armor, so I used the MK I torso that comes from Forge World, and rebuilt his thigh armor based on old Thunder Armor specs. Further conversions include adding hair to one of the heads from the Grey Hunters box set, and kitbashing a number of parts for the staff. He got an Honorable Mention in the Single Mini Category in the Golden Bolter Competition.

Just to be like that, that is a Mk4 torso, quite similar to the Mk1 but the Mk1 is attached to the pelvis and has no real waist. :) I really like the paintjob, maybe a bit rough in its places but on the armour that kind of adds to the old feeling you have there. The common forum meme is pushing for higher contrast so I guess that could be one step to improve, sharper highlights and contrasting colours in the shadows. I really love the scratchbuilt part, I just might try something similar out myself later. :) Cheers!

Thanks! Everything from the knees to the waist is sculpted with greenstuff. The hand is a partial scratch. The fingers and palm were sculpted onto an existing hand that had its chainsword and fingers removed.
