Yet Another Illuminated Necron Monolith

I have to improve my painting skills (suggestions needed)..It's my first heavy support unit. Anyway, I didn't add any glowing effect or Photoshop trick...The UV lights simply give life to those green Necrons' fluo rod. I also tried UV reactive inks (AC Ryan) but there seem to be too much latex into them and the paint is difficult to lay. I have to say that necron warriors have to stand near the monolith to appreciate the UV-reacted light, but the effect is then noticeable even with daylight.

the batteries are rechargeable, i connect the monolith to a 12V AC/DC and I wait 8 hours for full recharge. I put I plug on the bottom to connect the 12V power
