I think you did a fabulous job on her face, although the eye on the right looks like the black should come up JUST a tiny bit more, to match the one on the other side. I like the work you've done on her lips and the symbols on the sleeves are nice (Freehand?). I think you did a great job with the skin tone/definition on her chest as well.
Overall, the photo fuzzies out on the outter bits of the model--her sword at the hilt, the mace thingy in her other hand, and the bottom of her dress, so it is a little to judge. Same with most of her hair, although the top of it looks like you did a decent job highlighting it, the rest looks like a black blob =(.
