These are some color scheme tests I've been doing for my new Tau army, from my fun little sept of K'yon. I've just moved over from the Guard, so I'm really trying to make use of this opportunity to really paint some nice clean tones and try out this whole 'source lighting' thang. I'm new here, so comments and critiques will very much make my day! ^_^

I really like your lighting effects, but I think with the white they look unnaturally bright. You could shade the parts that aren't covered in the blue light darker to give a shadow effect, or have the armor a darker color, and have the light brighten it up.
