I wanted to create an orc with a dirty, grimy feel and a "natural" paint scheme - so no black-lining!

Very nice job! I like most the metals, look very greasy and orky. Good contrast in the shadows and texture, but I would add more to the highlight department. Also some nuances in introducing some more vivid colors in places, perhaps? Like some rusty elements... Also you could make the surfaces more stand out by creating contrast between glossy and matt surfaces. Just take your time and think about every part of the miniature you're painting (search for references/inspirations even for axe-handle or skulls/horns). It will make your paintjob much more entertaining and satisfying when you see how much can be done! At least that's what helps me :)
