Nicely done, however, this model could use a bit of improvement in the blending of the skin. It photographed a bit grainy looking, and skin really needs to be smoothly done, especially with female models. Try watering down your paints a bit more to make them flow better and highlights to go on a bit more translucent, so each level of highlighting is more indistinguishable from the last one. One product I recommend is the Matte Medium from Vallejo... put a bit on your palatte and mix a dab into your highlight shades with your brush each time you put another layer of highlighting on. It takes a bit of experimenting to get the perfect consistency, but it will really smooth out those visible brush-strokes.
