First mini - Tyranid Gaunt
First attempt at painting. My camera really doesn't do it justice, especially in the 2nd-3rd pics. White base, black wash, then shaded and hilighted in white and 2 shades of grey, with some black paint for touchup work. Carapace is a streaked mix of blues. The little open bits are light purple (mixed) and then covered in black wash again. Can't really see it, but I mixed purple, blue, and silver for a metallic purple tip on the claws.
