Lizardmen Saurus Temple Guard

Well, here he is, my first temple guardian! I appreciate any comments and criticism. Especially if you have some hints how I could get faster at the same (or better) quality... I'm a very slow painter (approx. 15h for this model) and I should paint 19 of these! Thanks - Pad PS. the eyes should be red, they come out fine in reality. The jpg killed that somehow. sorry
