Thanks Grumbold for the comment, actually it's bot worth an 8 nor a 7 but I'd give it a 6. As to the base, it is supposed to be tiles but I hope tI'll be able to show better pics for my next minis :)
I'm going to give it a five. Even though the colors and detail are washed out by the flash it looks very well painted, and I really like the background. This mini could very well be a 6 - 7 or even 8, just can't tell. Try turning your flash off, and just light the mini from two or three directions with a good light source. I would also elevate the camera a little so we can see the base. Looks like a tile or mosaic base, but we can't see it from this camera angle.
