Another small bust from me after long long time... Was real pleasure to paint (and painting bluish tones makes me feel so gooood :)))) And as always - any comments, ideas or critics are welcome...

Thanx guys. I must agree with the skintone - maybe I had to use harder lights on it, but I always have this dilema - when to stop highlighting. Here I decided to try subtle highlight without strong contrast between light and shadow. But I think in next bust I'll try the other way :)

It's amazing how the same miniature can be interpreted in so many different ways.. every painter give a personal touch to this miniature. I like the subtle shading of the skin and the work on the eye. You have done a really good job on the chain mail and the weathered metal.
