Oh, the face is just exceptionally bad. If you hate doing the eyes over and over, try painting miniature eyes on a piece of paper until you feel comfortable painting them on the actual mini. Might help.
I'm thinking you could use a different method to define the flesh tones than the one you use on the clothing. The clothing in general looks good, but the flesh looks, well, too starkly defined. Something about the face really bothers me. I love the teal and yellow theme... my Fiannas are in yellow and green :).
Overall paintjob is okay, but the eyes could recieve some more attention, they're not really lined up straight...
Also, it appears that you have used inks to create shades... especially on the robe, but that's were it went wrong: the dark recess in the middle of the robe (between her legs) suddenly stops at the bottom of the sword, as if the ink stopped flowing there. In real life, there would have been some more shading on the other side of the sword...
