actually its a straight up venerable dread with twin linked heavy flamers and heavy flamer for the dreadnought close combat weapon the spear is a count as
Cool as hell... get some paint on it!
I'm assuming this is for Blood Angels, and the right hand is the FragCannon and the left the Force Weapon - btw, the force weapon loses it's storm bolter / heavy flamer. Cool model though.
